The Marker is dedicated to using nothing but the best local produce and ingredients grown right here in San Luis Obispo County. Everything we use for our meals is prepared fresh and is completely homemade, right down to our pita bread. Erin, head chef and owner, is extremely proud to be supporting local farmers, wineries, and local non profits through The Marker Restaurant. 

With a large Mediterranean and Greek influence we dare you to try something new and we promise it will become one of your favorite meals! We offer a number of mouth watering appetizers including our delicious prosciutto wrapped dates, fried calamari with homemade aioli sauce, and deep fried chicken wings. We are thrilled to introduce Paso Robles to our soon to be famous Gyro; a European style sandwich which is a combination of beef and lamb, served in our homemade pita bread and topped with tzatziki sauce. To finish it all off, we have a wide variety of homemade desserts that are made daily. Some of our favorites include the Blueberry Crumble and Raspberry tart that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Pair these exquisite dishes with our large selection of beers on tap or local wines!
